• Inside Dhaka: Delivery charge is 70 BDT.

• Outside Dhaka: Delivery charge is 140 BDT.

• Charges may vary for heavy or bulky items.

2. Estimated Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: Orders are typically delivered within 24 to 48 hours.

• Outside Dhaka: Delivery usually takes 3 to 5 business days.

• Delivery may be delayed due to natural disasters, political strikes, or public holidays.

3. Order Confirmation

• All orders are subject to product availability.

• After placing an order, our representative will call you to confirm. Orders will not be processed until they are confirmed over the phone.

4. Receiving the Delivery

• We strongly recommend customers check the product's condition in front of the delivery person.

• If the product is damaged or incorrect, please return it to the delivery person immediately.

5. Tracking Your Order
